Your custom image, produced by Sideline Series. Each card comes in a One Touch Case and Sideline Series pouch. 1 x stand included and a COA.

1. UPLOAD IMAGE (it will be placed onto template - not cut out)

3. Upload the Pedigree PDF page OR text you wish to have on the back

Terms and Conditions

Image Rights: By submitting an image, the customer confirms that they own the rights to the image or have obtained permission from the rights holder to use the image for this purpose. The customer grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the image for the creation of the collectible card. We will not use the image for any other purpose without the customer’s explicit consent.

1. Order Submission: Customers must provide a high-quality image of their horse and accurate pedigree information. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

2. Design Approval: A digital proof of the card design will be sent to the customer for approval before printing. Any changes must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the proof.

3. Production Time: Once the design is approved, please allow 14 -21 business days for production. Shipping times may vary based on the destination.

4. Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the card price and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Privacy: Customer information, including images and pedigree details, will be used solely for the purpose of creating the collectible card and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property: All designs created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
